Qualification:

Diploma or B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical EnEngineering
Experience:
3 to 6 years in PCB Assembly Line Supervision
Job Description:
Production & Assembly Oversight
-
Manage end-to-end PCB assembly operations
-
Supervise testing, repair, and assembly teams
-
Ensure smooth floor coordination to meet daily/weekly targets
Process & Quality Management
-
Implement and enforce quality systems
-
Drive process improvements to reduce defects, rework, and delays
Manpower & Resource Optimization
-
Plan shift schedules, train operators, and maximize workforce and machine productivity
Inventory & Material Control
-
Monitor WIP (Work In Progress)
-
Ensure timely material flow and minimize wastage
Reporting & Interdepartmental Coordination
-
Work closely with planning, logistics, and quality teams
-
Maintain reports on productivity, quality, and improvements
